Being 40 feet from a new and beautiful park with workout equipment, basketball hoops, BBQ grills, a running path, a playground, and tennis courts is a great feature of this centrally located home. You are also only 6 minutes from the Forum and SoFi stadium and 2 minutes to the 405 freeways which give you access to all major detinations and beaches like Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Hollywood, Manhattan Beach, etc.

We recommend renting a car or using Uber/Lyft.

We are a pet friendly property with the following requirements and restrictions:

1. There is a one time $125 flat fee per pet per stay. ONLY 1 pet per reservation.

2. You must inform your host if you will have a pet, pay the fee and disclose the breed and weight when you booking your reservation.

3. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at all. If we need to pay for additional cleaning to remove pet hair from furniture we will charge the guest for the extra cleaning fee.

4. Dogs are not to be left in the house for extended periods of time; and when pets are unsupervised they should be left in a crate or dog bed.

Note: The hot tub cleaners come every Friday for 15 minutes to clean and service the hot tub
